Marko Duric, who came to Japan from Serbia as an international student, will be returning home.

During his approximately three years in Japan, Marko devoted himself to Kobudo training.

Marko began practicing Kobudo in Serbia and, while continuing his training there, also received guidance from Takashi Arakaki, President of the Ryukyu Kobudo Kenryo-ryu Association, on various occasions. His journey in Kobudo spans approximately ten years.

After coming to Japan, he had the opportunity to visit Okinawa and receive direct instruction from Takashi Arakaki. He also continued his training at our dojo.

Through his training, Marko deepened his understanding of the techniques of Ryukyu Kobudo, a martial arts tradition passed down in Okinawa, while dedicating himself to each technique and continuing to refine his skills.

After returning to Serbia, we hope that Marko will continue his training there, making use of the experience he has gained and continuing to develop his skills.

Marko, thank you sincerely for your dedication over the past three years.

We look forward to training with you again at our dojo in Japan in the future.
